Abstract

Статья посвящена комплексному исследованию модели чеболь как специфической формыорганизации крупного бизнеса в Республике Корея. Работа выполнена в рамках сравнительного менеджментаи институционального анализа. Раскрываются исторические предпосылки формирования чеболь, механизмыкорпоративного контроля, культурные основания управленческой системы, трансформация после кризиса1997 года и современные тенденции развития. Расширенная эмпирическая часть включает анализ структурысобственности, диверсификации, международной экспансии и институциональных реформ крупнейших бизнес-групп.
