Abstract

Mazkur dissertatsiya ishi O‘zbekiston oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarini boshqarishda samaradorlik holatini tahlilqilish hamda uni oshirishning ilmiy-amaliy yo‘nalishlarini ishlab chiqishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda 2026–2030-yillargamo‘ljallangan rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari hisobga olingan holda oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarini boshqarish samaradorliginioshirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Xususan, ishlab chiqarishni modernizatsiya qilish,raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish, investitsiyalarni jalb qilishni kengaytirish hamda eksport salohiyatini oshirish ustuvoryo‘nalishlar sifatida asoslab berilgan
