Влияние Культурных Различий На Процесс Управленческой Коммуникации В Узбекистане: Сравнительный Подход

Abstract

В статье анализируется влияние национальной культуры на коммуникацию в управлении в Узбекистане.Обосновывается неэффективность внедрения западных моделей без учета местного контекста. Автор выявляетограничения моделей Хофстеде и Тромпенаарса. Основное внимание уделяется высокой дистанции власти,коллективизму и институту «махалли». В качестве вывода предлагается гибридная, ситуативная модельуправления. Научная новизна заключается в новом подходе к интеграции национальных факторов в управление
