Singapur Va Janubiy Koreyada Biznes Subyektlarini Davlat Tomonidan Qo‘Llabquvvatlash

Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot ishida ham Janubiy Koreya va ham Singapurda iqtisodiyotning asosiy harakatlantiruvchiomili sifatida talqin etiladigan tadbirkorlik subyektlarini davlat tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlashning turli yo‘nalishlari belgilabberilgan. Ushbu yo‘nalishlarga tadbirkorlik subyektlarini ma’muriy, moliyaviy, huquqiy va ta’limiy jihatdan qo‘llab-quvvatlashkiradi. Shuni ta’kidlash joizki, har ikkala davlatda rivojlanishning dastlabki bosqichlarida mamlakatda mahalliy ishlabchiqarish amalga oshiriladigan korxonalarga sezilarli darajada ustuvorlik berilgan. Ushbu strategik aralashuv davlatgakuchli ichki kapital mavjud bo‘lmagan vaziyatda “tadbirkorlik o‘rnini bosuvchi” sifatida harakat qilish, kelajakka yo‘naltirilganloyihalarga sarmoya kiritish va innovatsion ekotizimni yaxshilashga qaratilgan tashkilotga aylanish imkoniyatini taqdimetadi.
