Abstract

Mazkur maqolada temir yo‘l sohasining iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirish yo‘llari kompleks tarzda tahlil qilinadi.Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi temir yo‘l transportining iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirishga ta’sir etuvchi omillarni aniqlash,infratuzilmani modernizatsiya qilish, logistika tizimini takomillashtirish hamda investitsiyalarni jalb etish mexanizmlarinio‘rganishdan iborat. Maqolada transport infratuzilmasini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar, xususan davlatdasturlari va strategiyalar tahlil qilinadi, shuningdek, xalqaro tashkilotlar tavsiyalari asosida samaradorlikni oshirishgaqaratilgan yondashuvlar o‘rganiladi.Tadqiqot natijasida temir yo‘l sohasida xarajatlarni optimallashtirish, yuk va yo‘lovchi tashish hajmini oshirish,raqamlashtirish jarayonlarini jadallashtirish hamda boshqaruv samaradorligini kuchaytirish orqali iqtisodiy samaradorliknioshirish mumkinligi asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston temir yo‘l tizimini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy takliflarishlab chiqiladi.
