Sirkulyar Iqtisodiyot — Iqtisodiy Barqarorlikning Muhim Omili

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sirkulyar iqtisodiyotning iqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta’minlashdagi o‘rni va ahamiyati ilmiyjihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida Oʻzbekistonda sirkulyar iqtisodiyot tamoyillarini joriy etish bo‘yicha amalgaoshirilayotgan davlat siyosati, normativ-huquqiy asoslar hamda chiqindilarni boshqarish tizimini modernizatsiya qilishyo‘nalishidagi amaliy chora-tadbirlar o‘rganildi. Maqolada mamlakatda hosil bo‘layotgan maishiy chiqindilar hajmi, ularniqayta ishlash darajasi, chiqindi yig‘ish texnikalari sonining ortishi hamda poligonlar faoliyatini optimallashtirish bo‘yichastatistik ma’lumotlar asosida tahlillar olib borilgan. Shuningdek, chiqindilarni qayta ishlash infratuzilmasini rivojlantirish,eko-sanoat parklarini tashkil etish, energiya ishlab chiqarishda chiqindilardan foydalanish hamda raqamli texnologiyalarnijoriy etishning iqtisodiy va ekologik samaradorligi yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida Oʻzbekistonda sirkulyar iqtisodiyotnirivojlantirish, chiqindilarni saralash tizimini kengaytirish, qayta ishlash korxonalarini qo‘llab-quvvatlash hamda ekologikmadaniyatni oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
