Abstract

В статье исследован зарубежный опыт управления банковскими активами и возможности егоприменения в деятельности Национальный банк Республики Узбекистан. Рассмотрены современные подходык управлению активами коммерческих банков, включая диверсификацию активов, управление ликвидностью,кредитными рисками и использование системы Asset-Liability Management (ALM). Проведен анализ структурыактивов зарубежных банков и Национальный банк Республики Узбекистан на 2025 год. Определено, что основнуюдолю активов банка составляют кредитные вложения, что соответствует международной практике. По результатамисследования разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию управления активами банка, направленные наповышение ликвидности, снижение уровня рисков и укрепление финансовой устойчивости
