Qurilish Sanoati Korxonalari Diversifikatsiyalashuvining Iqtisodiy Mexanizmlari

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada qurilish sanoati korxonalarida diversifikatsiyalashuvning iqtisodiy mexanizmlari nazariyva metodologik jihatdan yoritilgan. O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotida qurilish tarmog‘i muhim tarkibiy o‘rin egallab, 2024-yildayalpi ichki mahsulot (YaIM) o‘sishiga 0,6 foiz band hissa qo‘shgan, 2025-yil yakunlari bo‘yicha esa uning yalpi qo‘shilganqiymatdagi ulushi 7,3 foizni tashkil etgan. 2025-yil yanvar–oktyabr oylarida respublikada bajarilgan qurilish ishlari hajmi247 334,4 mlrd so‘mga yetib, o‘tgan yilning mos davriga nisbatan 14,7 foizga oshgan, mazkur davrda kichik korxonalarva mikrofirmalar ulushi 50,1 foizni tashkil etgan.Ushbu ko‘rsatkichlar tarmoqda barqaror o‘sish bilan bir qatorda tarkibiy murakkablik, bozor xatarlari, resurslar taqchilligihamda boshqaruv tizimini moslashtirish zaruratining kuchayib borayotganini ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada diversifikatsiyalashuvjarayoni mahsulot, bozor, moliyaviy, texnologik, xomashyo, mehnat resurslari, innovatsion va tashkiliy yo‘nalishlar,shuningdek vertikal va gorizontal diversifikatsiya kesimida tizimli ravishda tahlil qilinadi hamda ular yagona iqtisodiymexanizm sifatida talqin etiladi
