Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoatida faoliyat yuritayotgan kichik biznes subyektlarining raqobatbardoshliginicheklovchi asosiy omillar kompleks ravishda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda kichik biznes korxonalarining ishlab chiqarishsamaradorligi, moliyaviy barqarorligi, texnologik darajasi hamda marketing faoliyati bilan bog‘liq muammolar ilmiy asosdayoritilgan. Shuningdek, infratuzilma yetishmovchiligi, xomashyo bazasining barqaror emasligi, innovatsion texnologiyalarnijoriy etishdagi to‘siqlar hamda davlat tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlarining yetarli darajada samarali ishlamasligikabi omillar chuqur tahlil qilingan. Maqolada iqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlar asosida kichik biznes subyektlarining raqobatbardoshlikdarajasiga ta’sir etuvchi ichki va tashqi omillar o‘zaro bog‘liqlikda ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida oziq-ovqatsanoatida kichik biznesning barqaror rivojlanishini ta’minlash va ularning raqobat ustunligini oshirishga qaratilgan ilmiyamaliytaklif hamda tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
