Esg-Трансформация На Предприятиях По Производству Полимерной Упаковки: Теоретические Основы И Мировые Практики

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретико-методологические основы формирования ESG-системы напредприятиях, специализирующихся на изготовлении полимерной упаковки. Актуальность темы обусловленаужесточением экологических требований в Республике Узбекистан, где с 2026 года вводится система расширеннойответственности производителя. Объектом исследования выступают предприятия по производству полимернойупаковки, предметом – процессы ESG-трансформации их деятельности. Цель статьи – систематизироватьтеоретические подходы и мировые практики ESG-трансформации для последующей адаптации на предприятииООО «Sirdaryo Mega Luks». Задачи: проанализировать эволюцию концепции устойчивого развития, выявитьспецифические ESG-риски для отрасли, обобщить лучшие мировые практики. Методология включаетсравнительный анализ, системный подход и обзор литературы. На основе анализа установлено, что ключевымидрайверами ESG-трансформации выступают регуляторное давление, потребительский спрос и экономическиевыгоды от использования вторичного сырья. Сделан вывод о необходимости поэтапной адаптации международныхмоделей с учётом локальной специфики Узбекистана
