Raqamli To‘Lovlar Va O‘Zbekistonda Korporativ Boshqaruv Shaffofligi

Abstract

Raqamli moliyaviy infratuzilma o‘tish iqtisodiyotiga ega mamlakatlarda iqtisodiy modernizatsiyaning muhimtarkibiy qismiga aylanib bormoqda. Ushbu maqola raqamli to‘lov tizimlarining kengayishi O‘zbekistonda korporativboshqaruv shaffofligining yaxshilanishiga qanday hissa qo‘shishini tahlil qiladi. Agentlik nazariyasi va institutsionaliqtisodiyotga asoslanib, raqamli to‘lov tizimlari firmalar, regulyatorlar hamda manfaatdor tomonlar o‘rtasidagi axborotassimetriyasini kamaytiruvchi informatsion nazorat mexanizmlari sifatida konseptualizatsiya qilinadi. Tahlil O‘zbekistonningmilliy to‘lov infratuzilmasiga, jumladan, Uzcard, Humo, mobil bank platformalari va Markaziy bankning Tezkor to‘lovtizimiga qaratilgan. Empirik dalillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, raqamli tranzaksiyalar hajmining ortishi moliyaviy kuzatuvchanlikniyaxshilaydi, monitoring imkoniyatlarini mustahkamlaydi va norasmiy moliyaviy faoliyat imkoniyatlarini kamaytiradi.Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, raqamli moliyaviy infratuzilma verifikatsiya jarayonlarini bevosita iqtisodiy tranzaksiyalarichiga integratsiya qilish orqali an’anaviy boshqaruv mexanizmlarini to‘ldirishi mumkin
