Abstract

Mazkur maqolada hududlarning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanish darajasini baholash va prognozlashda ekonometrikmodellashtirish hamda sun’iy intellekt (SI) usullarini integratsiyalashgan holda qo‘llash masalalari o‘rganilgan. O‘zbekistonRespublikasining 14 ta hududi 2010–2024-yillar uchun 12 ta indikator asosida tahlil qilindi. Dastlab kompozit rivojlanishindeksi (KRI) hisoblab chiqildi. Keyinchalik KRI va unga ta’sir etuvchi omillar o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik panel regressiya vafazoviy ekonometrika modellari yordamida baholandi. Prognozlash bosqichida an’anaviy ARIMA modellari bilan birqatorda XGBoost va LSTM neyron tarmoqlari qo‘llanildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, sun’iy intellektga asoslangan modellar,ayniqsa hududiy tafovutlarni prognozlashda, an’anaviy ekonometrik modellarga nisbatan aniqroq natija beradi. Taklifetilayotgan integrativ yondashuv hududlarni boshqarishda qarorlarni qabul qilishni ilmiy asoslash imkonini kengaytiradi
