Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida moliyaviy resurslarni boshqarish tiziminingnazariy asoslari, hozirgi holati va uni takomillashtirish yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi davlat vanodavlat oliy ta’lim muassasalarida moliyaviy resurslarni shakllantirish, taqsimlash va samarali boshqarishmexanizmlarini o‘rganish, mavjud muammolarni aniqlash hamda amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqishdan iborat.Tadqiqotda qiyosiy tahlil, tizimli yondashuv va statistik ma’lumotlarni tahlil qilish usullaridan foydalanildi. Tadqiqotnatijalari O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim muassasalarida moliyaviy boshqaruvning markazlashganligi, natijadorlikkaasoslangan moliyalashtirish tizimining to‘liq joriy etilmagani hamda moliyaviy shaffoflikni yanada oshirishzarurati asosiy masalalar sifatida namoyon bo‘layotganini ko‘rsatadi. Xulosa sifatida raqamli texnologiyalarnijoriy etish, endowment fondlarini rivojlantirish va moliyaviy mustaqillikni kuchaytirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlabchiqildi.
