Abstract

Mazkur maqolada to‘qimachilik sanoatida ishlab chiqarish raqobatbardoshligini oshirishdamehnat unumdorligining o‘rni tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida mehnat unumdorligi ko‘rsatkichlari va ularningishlab chiqarish hajmi, eksport salohiyati hamda qo‘shimcha qiymatga ta’siri baholandi. O‘zbekistonto‘qimachilik tarmog‘ining 2018–2025-yillardagi rivojlanish dinamikasi asosida empirik natijalar umumlashtirildi.Tahlil natijalari mehnat unumdorligining oshishi texnologik modernizatsiya, vertikal integratsiya va kadrlarmalakasini oshirish bilan bog‘liqligini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, mehnat unumdorligi eksport raqobatbardoshliginikuchaytiruvchi asosiy omil sifatida namoyon bo‘ldi. Tadqiqot yakunida tarmoqni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha ilmiyasoslangan xulosalar ishlab chiqildi
