Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi kimyo sanoati tizimiga kiruvchi sellyuloza-qogʻoz ishlab chiqarishkorxonalarida mehnat haqi hisobining amaldagi holati tahlil qilingan. “Global Komsco Daewoo” MCHJ xorijiy korxonasimisolida 2019-2023-yillardagi mehnat haqi fondining dinamikasi oʻrganilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida sellyuloza-qogʻoz sanoatikorxonalarida mehnat haqi hisobini tashkil etishning oʻziga xos xususiyatlari aniqlangan va uni takomillashtirish boʻyichatavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
