Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasi davlat moliyasi tizimining zamonaviy holati, uni raqamlashtirishjarayonlari hamda fiskal samaradorlikni oshirish mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida davlat budjeti, soliqtizimi, davlat moliyaviy nazorati va elektron fiskal boshqaruv tizimlarining amaldagi holati o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, davlatmoliyasini boshqarishda raqamli texnologiyalar, jumladan, Big Data, sun’iy intellekt, elektron monitoring tizimlari vaavtomatlashtirilgan moliyaviy nazorat platformalaridan foydalanishning iqtisodiy samaradorlikka ta’siri yoritilgan.Maqolada Janubiy Koreya, Singapur, Estoniya, Xitoy va AQSh kabi davlatlarning davlat moliyasini raqamlashtirishbo‘yicha ilg‘or tajribalari tahlil qilinib, ularni O‘zbekiston amaliyotiga moslashtirish imkoniyatlari asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqotnatijasida davlat moliyasini boshqarishda fiskal shaffoflikni oshirish, budjet mablag‘laridan samarali foydalanish, soliqtushumlarini ko‘paytirish hamda moliyaviy nazorat tizimini kuchaytirishga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
