Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yosh yengil atletikachilarning jismoniy sifatlarini rivojlantirishning nazariyva amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Yengil atletika sport turlari ichida eng ommabop va universal yo‘nalishlardan biribo‘lib, unda muvaffaqiyatga erishish sportchilarning tezkorlik, kuch, chaqqonlik, chidamlilik hamda egiluvchanlikkabi asosiy jismoniy sifatlarining uyg‘un holda rivojlanganligiga bog‘liq. Maqolada yosh sportchilarning anatomikfiziologikxususiyatlari, ularning jismoniy sifatlarini rivojlantirishning pedagogik tamoyillari, shuningdek, samaralimashg‘ulot metodikalari yoritiladi
