O‘Zbekiston Respublikasida Iqtisodiy Mexanizmning Qiymatni Baholash Va Narx Shakllanishiga Ta’Sirini Kuchaytirish

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada iqtisodiy mexanizmning asosiy ishlab chiqarish omillari qiymatini baholash hamdaiqtisodiyotda tarmoqlararo ekvivalent tovar almashinuviga erishishga ta’siri bilan bog‘liq dolzarb muammolar tahlil qilingan.Tadqiqotda narx shakllanishiga ta’sir etuvchi iqtisodiy mexanizm instrumentlari — narxlarni davlat tomonidan tartibgasolish, soliqqa tortish va boshqa omillarning zamonaviy rivojlanish tendensiyalariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Tadqiqotningmaqsadi narxlarni tartibga solish samaradorligini oshirish zaruratini asoslash, milliy iqtisodiyotning bazaviy tarmoqlaridaekvivalent tarmoqlararo almashinuvni ta’minlash shart-sharoitlarini ishlab chiqish, ishlab chiqarishning asosiy omillarigaadolatli qiymat bahosini ta’minlash hamda tabiiy monopoliyalar va monopol korxonalar mahsulotlari bo‘yicha xarajatlar, foydava narxlarning asossiz oshishini cheklashga qaratilgan takliflarni ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, xo‘jalikmexanizmini, xususan uning eng muhim iqtisodiy instrumentlari — narx shakllanishi va soliqqa tortishni takomillashtirishbo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
