Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqotda O‘zbekistonda oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarini samarali boshqarish masalalariqishloq xo‘jaligi bilan integratsiyalashgan holda o‘rganilgan. Jahondagi geosiyosiy beqarorlik, resurslar taqchilligi valogistika muammolarining oziq-ovqat xavfsizligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, qishloq xo‘jaligida xomashyo yetishtirishhajmi va sifati, uni qayta ishlash darajasi hamda oziq-ovqat sanoati rivojlanishi o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik asoslangan.Agrosanoat integratsiyasini kuchaytirish, klasterli yondashuvni joriy etish va davlat-xususiy sheriklik mexanizmlaridanfoydalanishning ahamiyati ochib berilgan. Shu bilan birga, “xomashyo yetishtirish – saqlash – qayta ishlash – realizatsiya”zanjirini yagona tizim asosida boshqarish orqali ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirish imkoniyatlari ko‘rsatilgan. Olibborilgan tahlillar natijasida oziq-ovqat sanoati ulushining dinamikasi, qishloq xo‘jaligi mahsulotlarining qayta ishlashga ta’sirihamda tarmoqni rivojlantirish yo‘nalishlari aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalari va qishloqxo‘jaligi o‘rtasidagi integratsiyani chuqurlashtirish, klaster tizimini takomillashtirish hamda tarmoq samaradorligini oshirishbo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
