Abstract

Mazkur maqolada mintaqaviy mehnat bozorining mazmuni, mohiyati va uning xalqaromehnat bozori tizimidagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Mintaqaviy mehnat bozorining shakllanish omillari, jumladan,iqtisodiy integratsiya, mehnat migratsiyasi, demografik jarayonlar va davlat siyosatining ta’siri yoritib berilgan.Shuningdek, European Union va North American Free Trade Agreement (keyinchalik United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement) doirasida shakllangan mintaqaviy mehnat bozorlari mazmuni va xususiyatlari tahlilqilingan. Yevropa Ittifoqi mehnat bozorida ishchi kuchining erkin harakati, yagona mehnat standartlari va ijtimoiyhimoyaning yuqori darajasi asosiy omil sifatida ko‘rib chiqilgan. NAFTA mintaqasida esa mehnat mobilliginingcheklanganligi, ish haqi farqlari va mehnat migratsiyasining o‘ziga xos jihatlari yoritilgan
