Abstract

В условиях цифровой трансформации и усиления конкуренции эффективность управленияпроектами и программами стратегического развития становится ключевым фактором устойчивого развитиякомпаний. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью повышения уровня зрелости проектногоуправления в организациях развивающихся экономик.Целью статьи является анализ системы управления проектами и программами стратегического развития вООО «Yangi Zamon Tuhfasi», а также разработка рекомендаций по её совершенствованию. Методологическуюоснову исследования составляют сравнительный анализ, GAP-анализ, экономико-статистические методы имоделирование.В результате исследования выявлены ключевые проблемы: отсутствие формализованных методологий, слабаясистема управления рисками, низкий уровень цифровизации и недостаточная вовлечённость стейкхолдеров.Разработана интегрированная модель управления проектами, включающая внедрение PMO, системы KPI ицифровых инструментов.Практическая значимость исследования заключается в повышении эффективности проектной деятельности,снижении рисков и росте финансовых показателей предприятия
