“Yashil Iqtisodiyot” Barqaror Rivojlanishning Muhim Yo‘Nalishi Sifatida (Yevropa Ittifoqi Misolida)

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada iqlim o‘zgarishi sharoitida “yashil iqtisodiyot”ni rivojlantirishning nazariy va amaliyjihatlari tahlil etilgan. Iqlim o‘zgarishi global iqtisodiy va ekologik barqarorlikka jiddiy ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi omil sifatida ko‘ribchiqiladi. Tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston Respublikasida qabul qilingan ekologik siyosat va strategik hujjatlarning mazmunio‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, Yevropa Ittifoqi, Germaniya va Shvetsiya tajribalari qiyosiy tahlil qilingan.“Yashil iqtisodiyot”ga o‘tishning energiya samaradorligi hamda raqobatbardoshlikka ta’siri ochib berilgan. Tadqiqotnatijasida qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalarining iqtisodiy ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Shu asosda O‘zbekiston uchunamaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
