Abstract

Статья посвящена интеграции принципов корпоративной социальной ответственностив систему устойчивого корпоративного управления. Рассматриваются современные международныетребования к ESG-практикам и их влияние на трансформацию корпоративных моделей управления. Цельработы — обобщение подходов к включению CSR в стратегию, управление рисками и нефинансовуюотчётность компаний. Предложен системный взгляд на CSR как элемент управленческой архитектуры.Выделены ключевые эффекты внедрения и основные барьеры для компаний развивающихся экономик.Сформулированы практические направления развития корпоративного управления в условияхУзбекистана. Научная новизна заключается в систематизации механизмов интеграции CSR с учётоминституциональной специфики страны.
