Obodonlashtirish Xizmatlari Ijtimoiy Mexanizmini Takomillashtirish

Abstract

Obodonlashtirish xizmatlari shahar va qishloq hududlarining estetik ko‘rinishi hamdaaholi farovonligini ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Biroq, ushbu xizmatlarni ko‘rsatishning mavjudijtimoiy mexanizmi bir qator kamchiliklarga ega bo‘lib, ular samaradorlikni pasaytirmoqda. Mazkur maqoladaobodonlashtirish xizmatlari ijtimoiy mexanizmini takomillashtirishning nazariy asoslari va amaliy yo‘nalishlaritahlil qilinadi. Jumladan, aholi ishtirokini oshirish, davlat-xususiy sheriklikni rivojlantirish hamda boshqaruvshaffofligini ta’minlash bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari suriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari xizmatlar sifatini oshirish va barqarorrivojlanishga xizmat qiladi.
