Abstract

Maqolada ayollarga nisbatan zo‘ravonlikning nafaqat ijtimoiy-huquqiy, balki iqtisodiy oqibatlaritahlil qilinadi. Zo‘ravonlikning inson kapitali, mehnat resurslari sifati va iqtisodiy faollikka salbiy ta’siri asoslabberiladi. O‘zbekistonda amalga oshirilayotgan gender siyosati, huquqiy islohotlar va himoya mexanizmlariningbarqaror rivojlanish maqsadlariga xizmat qilishi yoritiladi. Reabilitatsiya markazlari, hududiy shelterlar va ijtimoiyxizmatlar tizimi orqali ayollarning iqtisodiy faolligini tiklash hamda ularning jamiyatdagi ishtirokini kengaytirishmasalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
