Bank Tizimida Qo‘Llaniladigan Raqamli Texnologiyalarning Turlari Va Rivojlanish Bosqichlari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bank tizimida qo‘llanilayotgan raqamli texnologiyalarning turlari vaularning rivojlanish bosqichlari statistik va tahliliy yondashuv asosida o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot mobil banking,internet banking, sun’iy intellekt va blokcheyn texnologiyalarining bank xizmatlari samaradorligigata’sirini qamrab oladi. Tahlil 2018–2023-yillar statistik ma’lumotlari hamda 2024–2025-yillardagi raqamlitransformatsiya tendensiyalari asosida amalga oshirildi. Natijalar ushbu davrda O‘zbekiston bank tizimidaraqamli xizmatlardan foydalanuvchilar sonining sezilarli oshganini, masofaviy bank operatsiyalari ulushiningbarqaror o‘sish tendensiyasiga ega ekanini ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish bankoperatsion xarajatlarini qisqartirish va xizmatlar tezligini oshirishga xizmat qilayotgani aniqlangan. Shu bilanbirga, infratuzilmaning notekis rivojlanishi, raqamli savodxonlik darajasining yetarli emasligi va kiberxavfsizlikrisklari kabi muammolar saqlanib qolmoqda. Tadqiqot yakunida bank tizimida raqamli transformatsiyanichuqurlashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqildi
