Qimmatli Qogʻozlar Bozorini Tartibga Solishning Xalqaro Tajribasi

Abstract

Maqolada qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozori ustidan nazoratni xalqaro-huquqiy tartibga solish masalalari ko‘ribchiqiladi. Hozirgi vaqtda qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozori jadal sur’atlarda rivojlanib bormoqda. Shu bilan birga, davlat tomonidanmoliyaviy nazoratni eng samarali amalga oshirish masalasi dolzarb ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozori yaqqolxalqaro xususiyatga ega bo‘lganligi sababli, davlat moliyaviy nazoratini takomillashtirish maqsadida nazorat organlaridarajasida davlatlarning birlashuvi zarurati yuzaga kelmoqda. Ushbu ishning maqsadi qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozori ustidannazoratni tartibga solishda xalqaro organlarning rolini yoritib berishdan iborat. Tadqiqot predmeti qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozorinitartibga soluvchi xalqaro tashkilotlar tomonidan belgilangan xalqaro standartlar va prinsiplardan iborat. Mualliflarqimmatli qog‘ozlar bozori ustidan nazoratni tartibga solish sohasida asosiy xalqaro tashkilotlarning rolini ochib berganlar.Ayniqsa, IOSCO, uning prinsiplari va standartlariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Ishda turli xalqaro tashkilotlar va ularningnormativ-huquqiy hujjatlari haqidagi ma’lumotlar tizimlashtirilgan
