Davlat Byudjeti Xarajatlari Hisobi Va Tahlilining Amaldagi Tizimi

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada davlat byudjeti xarajatlari hisobi va tahlilining amaldagi tizimi o‘rganilib,uning samaradorligini oshirish yo‘llari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida byudjet xarajatlarini hisobga olishning mavjudmexanizmlari, moliyaviy nazorat tizimi, tahlil usullari hamda ko‘rsatkichlar tizimi chuqur tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek,byudjet mablag‘laridan foydalanish samaradorligini baholashda qo‘llanilayotgan amaliy yondashuvlarva ularning kamchiliklari aniqlangan. Maqolada xalqaro tajriba asosida byudjet xarajatlari hisobi va tahlilini takomillashtirishgaqaratilgan zamonaviy hamda innovatsion yondashuvlar taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuniko‘rsatadiki, aniq va tizimli hisob hamda tahlil mexanizmlarini joriy etish davlat moliyaviy resurslaridan oqilonafoydalanish, byudjet intizomini mustahkamlash va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy dasturlar samaradorligini oshirishga xizmatqiladi.
