Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda sirkulyar iqtisodiyotga o‘tish jarayonlarini baholash indikatorlari tiziminishakllantirishning nazariy va uslubiy asoslari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda OECD yondashuvlari, Bellagio tamoyillari (RACERmezonlari) hamda ISO 59020:2024 xalqaro standarti talablari integratsiya qilingan. Muallif tomonidan indikatorlar to‘rt guruhga(resurs oqimi, chiqindilarni boshqarish, innovatsiyalar va ijtimoiy inklyuzivlik) ajratilgan hamda O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotiningo‘ziga xos xususiyatlaridan kelib chiqib, 2026-yilga mo‘ljallangan prognoz ko‘rsatkichlari ishlab chiqilgan. Natijalarmilliy iqtisodiyotning “yashil” transformatsiyasi samaradorligini kompleks baholash imkonini beradi
