Abstract

Raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida biznes jarayonlarini monitoring qilish samaradorligini baholashmezonlari va ko‘rsatkichlari tizimli ravishda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda monitoring tizimlarining real vaqtrejimida ma’lumotlarni yig‘ish, qayta ishlash va tahlil qilish orqali operatsion hamda strategik qaror qabul qilishjarayonlariga ta’siri asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, samaradorlikni baholashda operatsion, moliyaviy, texnologikva foydalanuvchiga yo‘naltirilgan ko‘rsatkichlarning ahamiyati yoritilgan. Zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalari,jumladan, bulutli hisoblash, narsalar interneti va integratsiyalashgan tizimlar yordamida biznes jarayonlarinimonitoring qilish imkoniyatlari kengaygani ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari biznes jarayonlarini optimallashtirish,resurslardan samarali foydalanish va tashkilotlarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi
