Chiqindilarni Qayta Ishlashning Iqtisodiy Samaradorligi Va Barqaror Rivojlanishdagi O‘Rni

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada chiqindilarni qayta ishlashning iqtisodiy mazmuni, resurs tejamkorligi, bandlikka ta’siriva yashil iqtisodiyotdagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi shundaki, chiqindilar hajmining o‘sishi ekologik bosimbilan birga xomashyo, logistika va poligon xarajatlarini ham ko‘paytirmoqda. Ishda qiyosiy tahlil, tizimli yondashuv, statistikumumlashtirish va me’yoriy-huquqiy hujjatlarni sharhlash metodlaridan foydalanildi. World Bank, United Nations EnvironmentProgramme, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development hamda O‘zbekistonning rasmiy manbalariasosida qayta ishlashning iqtisodiy afzalliklari umumlashtirildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, chiqindilarni qayta ishlash xomashyoxarajatlarini kamaytiradi, yangi ish o‘rinlari yaratadi, import o‘rnini bosadi va investitsion jozibadorlikni oshiradi.Ayniqsa, saralash–logistika–qayta ishlash zanjiri bir tizim sifatida boshqarilganda iqtisodiy samara kuchayadi. MaqoladaO‘zbekiston sharoitida tarmoqni rivojlantirish uchun saralash infratuzilmasi, rag‘batlantiruvchi iqtisodiy mexanizmlar, raqamlimonitoring va davlat-xususiy sheriklikni kuchaytirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
