Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ekologik xavfsizlik, iqlim o‘zgarishi va barqaror rivojlanish masalalari tahlil qilingan.Global miqyosda kuzatilayotgan iqlim o‘zgarishlari, tabiiy resurslarning kamayishi hamda oziq-ovqat va energiya xavfsizligigatahdidlar kontekstida mamlakatimizda amalga oshirilayotgan ekologik islohotlar yoritilgan. Xususan, qayta tiklanuvchienergiya manbalarini rivojlantirish, ko‘kalamzorlashtirish ishlari va ekologik infratuzilmani takomillashtirish yo‘nalishlariko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqolada ekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlashda huquqiy asoslarning o‘rni, jumladan, yangilanayotgan Konstitutsiyadaekologik huquqlarning mustahkamlanishi ham tahlil etilgan. Ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlash kompleks yondashuv— ilmiy asos, davlat siyosati va huquqiy mexanizmlar uyg‘unligi orqali amalga oshirilishi zarurligi asoslab berilgan.
