Sirkulyar Iqtisodiyotga O‘Tish: Muammolar Va Istiqbollar

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sirkulyar iqtisodiyotning O‘zbekiston iqtisodiy rivojlanishidagi o‘rni va ahamiyati tahliletiladi. Tadqiqotda an’anaviy chiziqli iqtisodiy modeldan regenerativ sirkulyar modelga o‘tishning dolzarbligi, global tendensiyalarva O‘zbekistondagi mavjud muammolar qiyosiy o‘rganildi. Xususan, qishloq xo‘jaligi va chiqindilarni boshqarishsektorlarida resurslar samaradorligini oshirishning iqtisodiy va ekologik istiqbollari ochib berildi. Amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlarningiqtisodiy samaradorligi va ularni amaliyotga tatbiq etishdagi to‘siqlar tanqidiy tahlil qilindi. Sirkulyar iqtisodiyotnirivojlantirish uchun “Yashil bank” tizimini joriy etish, “Sirkulyar fond”ni tashkil qilish hamda aholining ekologik savodxonliginioshirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqild
