Abstract

Mazkur maqolada inson kapitali va kadrlar salohiyatini boshqarishning nazariy konsepsiyalari hamdaularning zamonaviy iqtisodiyotdagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda inson kapitali nazariyasining shakllanish bosqichlari,uning iqtisodiy o‘sish va raqobatbardoshlikni ta’minlashdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, inson kapitali va kadrlarsalohiyati o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan hamda ularni boshqarishning zamonaviy yondashuvlariko‘rib chiqilgan.
