O‘Zbekistonda Qimmatli Qog‘Ozlar Bozori Muammolari Va Rivojlanish Yo‘Nalishlari

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Oʻzbekistonda qimmatli qogʻozlar bozori rivojlanishining joriy holati hamda uningasosiy muammolari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot jarayonida 2021–2025-yillarga oid statistik ma’lumotlar asosida fond bozori kapitalizatsiyasi,savdo hajmi, emitent kompaniyalar soni hamda fond bozorining YAIMga nisbati kabi ko‘rsatkichlar o‘rganildi.Shuningdek, fond bozori rivojlanish dinamikasini baholash maqsadida iqtisodiy-statistik va ekonometrik tahlil usullaridanfoydalanildi.Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, so‘nggi yillarda Oʻzbekiston fond bozorida ijobiy o‘sish tendensiyasi kuzatilayotgan bo‘lsada,uning iqtisodiyotdagi ulushi hali ham rivojlangan mamlakatlarga nisbatan past darajada qolmoqda. Maqolada kapitalbozorining samarali rivojlanishiga ta’sir etayotgan asosiy omillar, jumladan, investorlar sonining yetarli emasligi, moliyaviysavodxonlik darajasini oshirish zarurati, korporativ boshqaruv tizimini takomillashtirish ehtiyoji hamda moliyaviy instrumentlarturini kengaytirish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, fond bozorini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan taklif vatavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
