Abstract

Mazkur maqolada paxta-to‘qimachilik sanoatida davlat-xususiy sheriklik (DXSh) tizimininghuquqiy asoslari, uning iqtisodiy ahamiyati hamda amaliyotda qo‘llanilish mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotdavomida O‘zbekiston Respublikasida DXShni tartibga soluvchi normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar, shuningdek, ularningpaxta sanoatiga ta’siri o‘rganildi.Shu bilan birga, mavjud masalalar — huquqiy bazaning murakkabligi, investitsion risklarning taqsimlanishiva ma’muriy jarayonlar tahlil qilindi. Natijada DXSh mexanizmini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangantakliflar ishlab chiqildi.
