Abstract

Ushbu maqolada nodavlat notijorat tashkilotlari moliyaviy barqarorligini baholashning nazariy-uslubiy asoslaritahlil qilinadi va NNTlarning moliyaviy holatini kompleks aniqlashga xizmat qiluvchi integral ko‘rsatkichlar tiziminitakomillashtirish bo‘yicha mualliflik yondashuvi taklif etiladi. Tadqiqotda daromadlar barqarorligi, moliyalashtirish manbalaridiversifikatsiyasi, joriy to‘lovga qobiliyatlilik, rezerv mablag‘lar, moliyaviy mustaqillik, shaffoflik va hisobdorlik kabi omillaryagona tizimga keltiriladi. Maqolada NNT-MBI deb nomlangan integral baholash modeli ishlab chiqilib, uning amaliy talqini,boshqaruv qarorlaridagi ahamiyati va O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llash imkoniyatlari asoslab beriladi
