Abstract

Raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida avtoservis shoxobchalarini boshqarishni takomillashtirishmasalalari tadqiq etilgan. Avtoservis korxonalarida zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalarini joriy etish, elektronnavbat tizimi, CRM platformalari, onlayn buyurtma va raqamli to‘lov xizmatlarining samaradorlikka ta’siri tahlilqilingan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, raqamli boshqaruv tizimlari xizmat ko‘rsatish tezligini oshirishi, mijozlarsonini ko‘paytirishi, xarajatlarni kamaytirishi hamda moliyaviy nazoratni kuchaytirishi aniqlangan. Shuningdek,avtoservis shoxobchalar faoliyatida uchraydigan muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliytakliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
