Abstract

Biznes jarayonlarini monitoring qilish tizimining hozirgi holati, uning raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitidagi iqtisodiymohiyati va amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, zamonaviy tashkilotlarda monitoringtizimlari to‘liq raqamli, avtomatlashtirilgan va ma’lumotlarga asoslangan boshqaruv muhitiga o‘tmoqda. Sun’iy intellekt,mashinaviy o‘rganish, katta ma’lumotlar (Big Data) tahlili, IoT va bulutli texnologiyalarning joriy etilishi orqali biznes jarayonlarinireal vaqt rejimida kuzatish, baholash va optimallashtirish imkoniyati kengaymoqda. Bu esa operatsion samaradorliknioshirish, risklarni kamaytirish, resurslardan oqilona foydalanish va boshqaruv qarorlarini yanada asosli qabulqilishga xizmat qiladi.Monitoring tizimlari tashkilotlarda shaffoflikni oshirish, ichki nazoratni kuchaytirish va raqobatbardoshlikni mustahkamlashdamuhim rol o‘ynaydi. Tadqiqotda shuningdek, ma’lumotlar sifati, tizimlararo integratsiya muammolari, malakalikadrlar yetishmasligi hamda kiberxavfsizlik tahdidlari kabi mavjud muammolar ham yoritilgan. Umuman olganda, biznesjarayonlarini monitoring qilish tizimlari raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida barqaror rivojlanish va innovatsion boshqaruvnita’minlovchi muhim omil hisoblanadi
