Финтех-Экосистема Как Фактор Инклюзивного И Устойчивого Развития Экономики Узбекистана: Структурный Анализ И Перспективы Трансформации

Abstract

В статье представлен углубленный анализ роли финтех-экосистемы в обеспечении инклюзивного иустойчивого экономического развития Узбекистана. На основе данных Центрального банка Республики Узбекистан[1], World Bank [2][3], Asian Development Bank [4] и UNDP [5] исследуется влияние цифровизации финансовыхуслуг на структуру финансового рынка, уровень финансовой инклюзии и развитие малого и среднего бизнеса(МСБ).Показано, что финтех-сектор в Узбекистане достиг значительного прогресса в развитии платежнойинфраструктуры, однако его вклад в перераспределение капитала и расширение доступа к финансированиюпока остается ограниченным. Выявлен структурный дисбаланс между быстрым ростом безналичных операций исравнительно медленным развитием альтернативных финансовых инструментов.Обосновано, что дальнейшее развитие финтех-экосистемы требует перехода к модели, основанной на открытыхданных, цифровой идентификации, альтернативном кредитовании и институциональной трансформациифинансового сектора.
