Abstract

Maqolada yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tish jarayonida rivojlangan mamlakatlar tajribasining iqtisodiy ahamiyati vaamaliy samaradorligi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi Germany Germaniya, Skandinaviya mamlakatlari hamdaSouth Korea Janubiy Koreyada yashil innovatsiyalar, qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalari va resurslardan samaralifoydalanish asosida erishilgan iqtisodiy natijalarni tahlil qilish, shuningdek, ushbu tajribalarni Uzbekistan O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotisharoitida qo‘llash imkoniyatlarini aniqlashdan iborat.Tadqiqotda tizimli taqqoslash, statistik tahlil va case studymetodlari qo‘llanildi. IRENA, IEA, OECD kabi xalqaro tashkilotlarning rasmiy statistik ma’lumotlari, shuningdek, Ministryof Energy of Uzbekistan hamda Statistics Agency of Uzbekistan hisobotlari tahlil qilindi.Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, yashil iqtisodiyot modeli energiya samaradorligini oshirish (O‘zbekistonda 2025-yilda 3,2 mlrd m³ gaz tejalgan), ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarini kamaytirish, yangi ish o‘rinlari yaratish va uzoq muddatlibarqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Rivojlangan mamlakatlarda yashil iqtisodiy siyosatni izchilamalga oshirish davlat va xususiy sektor o‘rtasidagi samarali hamkorlik, investitsiya muhitini yaxshilash hamda innovatsiontexnologiyalarni keng joriy etish orqali ta’minlanayotgani aniqlandi.Maqolaning amaliy ahamiyati O‘zbekistonda yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tish strategiyasini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ishlabchiqilgan tavsiyalar bilan belgilanadi.
