Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida byudjet mablag‘lari hisobidan moliyalashtiriladigan investitsionloyihalar samaradorligini oshirishda tijorat banklarining ishtirokini kengaytirish masalasi tahlil qilinadi. So‘nggiyillarda mamlakatda davlat investitsiyalarining hajmi ortib borayotgan bo‘lsa-da, ayrim hollarda ularning iqtisodiy samaradorligikutilgan darajada bo‘lmayotgani kuzatilmoqda. Maqolada amaldagi moliyalashtirish tizimining ayrim jihatlari, banksektorining imkoniyatlari hamda davlat-xususiy sheriklik (DXSh) mexanizmlaridan foydalanishning dolzarb yo‘nalishlario‘rganiladi. Tadqiqotda tizimli va qiyosiy tahlil, statistik monitoring hamda ekspert baholash usullaridan foydalanilgan.Natijada tijorat banklari ishtirokini kengaytirish orqali byudjet loyihalarining moliyaviy intizomini mustahkamlash, mablag‘lardan foydalanish samaradorligini oshirish va investitsion risklarni kamaytirish yo‘llari asoslab berilgan
