Abstract

В статье исследуются теоретические и категориальные основы криптоактивов как элемента цифровойэкономики. Рассмотрены существующие подходы к определению сущности криптоактивов, выявлены противоречияв их трактовке и классификации. Уточнено экономическое содержание криптоактивов и разработана их системнаяклассификация. Обоснована необходимость совершенствования понятийного аппарата и предложен подход кклассификации криптоактивов с выделением токенизированных реальных активов в качестве самостоятельнойкатегории. Сформулированы научная новизна и практические предложения, направленные на совершенствованиепонятийной и институциональной базы регулирования. Также предложена концептуальная модель экономическойсущности криптоактива
