Abstract

В статье раскрываются ключевые причины возникновения безработицы, среди которыхдемографический рост, несоответствие системы образования требованиям рынка труда, а также структурныеособенности национальной экономики. Особое внимание уделяется анализу существующих направленийгосударственной политики по снижению безработицы, включая поддержку малого бизнеса и предпринимательства,развитие системы профессионального образования и стимулирование создания новых рабочих мест. Предлагаютсяпрактические рекомендации, направленные на повышение занятости населения и совершенствование механизмоврегулирования рынка труда.
