Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kichik biznes subyektlarida raqamli texnologiyalar asosida innovatsiyalarni boshqarishningnazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy iqtisodiy sharoitda kichik biznesning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish,boshqaruv samaradorligini ta’minlash va bozor talablariga tezkor moslashishda raqamli texnologiyalar muhim omil sifatidanamoyon bo‘lmoqda. Tadqiqotda innovatsion boshqaruvning mazmuni, uning kichik biznes faoliyatidagi o‘rni hamdaraqamlashtirish jarayonining korxona rivojiga ta’siri yoritilgan. Shuningdek, bulutli xizmatlar, sun’iy intellekt, elektrontijorat platformalari, CRM tizimlari va biznes-analitika vositalaridan foydalanish orqali innovatsion jarayonlarni samaralitashkil etish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada kichik biznesda innovatsiyalarni boshqarishda uchraydigan tashkiliy,moliyaviy va texnologik muammolar tahlil qilinib, ularni bartaraf etishga oid ilmiy-amaliy takliflar berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalarikichik biznes subyektlarida raqamli transformatsiyani jadallashtirish, innovatsion faoliyatni rivojlantirish va boshqaruvqarorlarining sifatini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
