Yashil Iqtisodiyot Sharoitida Obodonlashtirish Xizmatlarining Iqtisodiyotga Ta’Siri

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yashil iqtisodiyot konsepsiyasi asosida obodonlashtirish xizmatlarining iqtisodiyotgako‘rsatayotgan ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy sharoitda urbanizatsiya va ekologik muammolar kuchaygan bir paytda,yashil maydonlarni saqlash va rivojlantirish nafaqat ekologik, balki iqtisodiy jihatdan ham muhim omilga aylangan.Tadqiqotda xizmatlar ko‘rsatish sohasining o‘sishi, bandlik darajasi, investitsion jozibadorlik va hududlarning mulkiyqiymatiga ta’siri baholanadi. Metodologik jihatdan tahliliy, qiyosiy va statistik usullar qo‘llanilgan. Natijalar shuniko‘rsatadiki, obodonlashtirish xizmatlariga qilingan har bir investitsiya uzoq muddatda iqtisodiy samara keltiradi va yashiliqtisodiyotga o‘tishda muhim vosita hisoblanadi. Shuningdek, ushbu xizmatlar bilvosita sog‘liqni saqlash, turizm vaenergetika tarmoqlariga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
