Abstract

Ushbu maqolada globallashuv sharoitida to‘qimachilik sanoati korxonalarining raqobatbardoshliginioshirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi ishlab chiqarish jarayonlariga “LeanProduction” (tejamkor ishlab chiqarish) va raqamli boshqaruv modellarini tatbiq etish orqali iqtisodiy samaradorlikkaerishish yo‘llarini ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Maqolada tizimli tahlil va statistik qiyoslash metodlaridan foydalanilgan holdaboshqaruvning zamonaviy yondashuvlarining korxona rentabelligiga ta’siri baholangan. Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki,raqamli ekotizimga o‘tish mahsulot tannarxini o‘rtacha 15 % ga kamaytirish va resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligini25–30 % ga oshirish imkonini beradi. Xulosa qismida to‘qimachilik korxonalarida “Industry 4.0” platformalarini joriy etishbo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar shakllantirilgan
