Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yashirin iqtisodiyotning iqtisodiy mohiyati, uning shakllanish omillari hamda hududiyiqtisodiy tizimlarga ta’sir etish mexanizmlari tizimli va chuqur tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida yashirin iqtisodiyotniqisqartirishning nazariy-konseptual asoslari bilan bir qatorda, uning amaliy jihatlari ham kompleks ravishda yoritilgan.Shuningdek, mazkur jarayonni optimallashtirishda soliq-byudjet siyosatining muhim vosita sifatidagi o‘rni asoslab berilib,samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan ustuvor yo‘nalishlar keng bayon etilgan.
