Abstract

Madaniyatlararo yetakchilik — bu tashkiliy yetakchilikning shunday shakliki, unda menejerlardanboshqaruvning turli muqobil variantlari orasidan, jumladan, faqat madaniy jihatdan mos keluvchi imkoniyatlarni taqdimetadigan yetakchilik yondashuvlarini hisobga olgan holda, eng maqbul kommunikatsiya strategiyalarini tanlash talabetiladi. Mazkur maqolada ko‘p madaniyatli tashkiliy muhitda faoliyat yurituvchi menejerlar orasida madaniyatlararoyetakchilik kompetensiyasi o‘rganiladi. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi shundan iboratki, tashkilotlar tobora an’anaviymonomadaniy boshqaruv yondashuvidan voz kechayotganini nazarda tutgan holda, konseptual asos (konseptual model)ishlab chiqishdir. Tadqiqotning asosiy vazifasi madaniyatlararo yetakchilik jarayonini tahlil qilish orqali menejerlarning qarorqabul qilish jarayonini yanada aniqroq tushunishga yordam berish, shuningdek, tadqiqotchilar uchun madaniyatlararoboshqaruv usulini tahliliy jihatdan o‘rganishga imkon yaratishdan iboratdir
