Abstract

Mazkur maqolada savdo liberalizatsiyasining davlat budjeti daromadlari tarkibiga ta’siri nazariy, empirikva qiyosiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Savdo to‘siqlarining kamayishi, bojxona tariflarining pasayishi hamda xalqaro iqtisodiyintegratsiya jarayonlarining kuchayishi davlat fiskal siyosatiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatishi ilmiy asoslanadi. Tadqiqotnatijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, savdo liberalizatsiyasi qisqa muddatda bojxona daromadlarining qisqarishiga olib keladi,biroq o‘rta va uzoq muddatda iqtisodiy faollikning oshishi natijasida ichki soliqlar tushumining kengayishi orqali davlatbudjeti daromadlari tarkibining diversifikatsiyalanishini ta’minlaydi. Shuningdek, maqolada rivojlangan va rivojlanayotganmamlakatlar tajribasi qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, fiskal siyosatni moslashtirish yo‘nalishlari ishlab chiqilgan.
